Matthew Hammond

Matthew joined IC Resources in 2026 to work within the electronics team, where he supports our clients and candidates across the fast-moving world of contract recruitment. Before joining IC Resources, he worked in various sales roles, picking up plenty of experience in client service.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys chess, gaming and going to the gym — a well-balanced mix of strategy, screen time and pretending leg day is a good idea. He has lived in London and has travelled around Turkey on two separate occasions, which means he is either very cultured, very good at packing, or just really likes Turkish food.
