Parm joined IC Resources in 2014, initially looking after contract recruitment within the Electronics market.
After moving into Software and expanding our creative digital offering, he joined the Semiconductor team. He now supports clients and candidates across analog, mixed-signal and RFIC design throughout Europe.
Outside work, Parm enjoys spending time with his young family. He is also developing his first mobile game using the Unity Game Engine and programming in C#.
