Robert Maw

After 10 successful years in the health and fitness industry, in 2015 Robert decided to transfer his skills into semiconductor recruitment. Although a very different sector, he found communication, dedication and hard work were just as valuable.

Rob joined IC Resources in 2014, initially working within the Hardware team. He is now a Business Director, leading permanent recruitment across Semiconductor, Software, AI, Electronics and Photonics. His remit also covers Sales and Marketing and Technical Operations.

Outside work, Rob enjoys playing and watching most sports. Most evenings, he can be found playing five-a-side football for one of the three teams he represents. Naturally competitive, he enjoys a challenge both on the sports field and in the workplace.
