Senior Post-Silicon Validation Engineer

Our leading start-up client is currently searching for a Senior Post Silicon Validation Engineer to lead product validation and production release of MEMS-based timing devices. Driving system-level performance improvements through cross-functional collaboration, test automation, characterisation, and failure analysis will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation, characterization, and production release plans.
• Lead cross-site engineering projects and coordinate with design teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
• Evaluate silicon performance and recommend design improvements.
• Develop automated test systems, PCB platforms, and firmware for data collection and analysis.
• Perform root-cause analysis on product issues and drive corrective actions.
• Improve validation processes, methodologies, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor/sensor device productisation.
• Experience leading validation projects and creating verification plans.
• Knowledge of mixed-signal circuits and electronics lab equipment.
• Strong programming skills in MATLAB, Python, C, and/or C++ (OOP experience preferred).
• Experience with test automation, ATE integration, and statistical data analysis..
