The Results are in! Recruiter Hot 100 – 2021
Considering the changing landscape over the last two years, we are delighted to announce that not only have we featured in Recruiter Magazine’s Hot 100 list, but that we moved into position 20 (from 33 and 41 in 2020 and 2019).
2021 was a year of digging deep. In 2020 when Covid hit and the furlough scheme was announced, it was tempting to take the safe route of ‘taking the money’ and shrinking to a skeleton crew. This would have betrayed our principles of supporting our candidates and clients in good times and bad. We stayed connected to our community and offered advice, support and/or encouragement to people in the technology world. It was this commitment in 2020 that led to a successful 2021, so to be rewarded with our highest ever position in the Hot 100 is something we’re immensely proud of.
