Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

I am recruiting for an Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join my client’s European design centre in Prague. This team works with advanced CMOS nodes, including FinFET and GAA, designing IP for data centres, automotive, AI and low-power IoT.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Design low-power blocks for clocking, power, sensors, and interconnect on advanced CMOS
• Develop and verify analog, digital and mixed signal circuits
• Guide layout and run post-layout simulations
• Support silicon bring-up, lab debug and validation
• Work with QA and product teams on release and customer support

Key skills:

• Strong analog design background
• Familiar with:
• Bandgap references and PVT amplifiers
• Precision sense amps
• I/O and interface circuits
• Low-jitter PLLs, including LC-based
