Analog RF IC Design Engineer

I am exclusively recruiting for a well-established organisation in the South of France, near Marseille, seeking an experienced Analog RF IC Design Engineer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Translating product requirements into technical specifications and developing aligned architectures.
• Leading RF IC design, including schematic development, component placement, and layout.
• Taking ownership of designs from concept through to production.
• Optimising designs through CAD simulations and electromagnetic (EM) modelling.
• Overseeing prototype fabrication, characterisation, and validation.
• Managing product certification, compliance, and industrialisation for mass production.
• Preparing technical documentation and contributing to customer quotations.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be willing to work full-time on-site and have proven industry experience in RF IC design and development.
