Business Development Manager – Semiconductor Design

I’m working with a leading UK deep tech industry organisation looking for a Business Developer – Semiconductor Design to grow its network, connect industry leaders and drive initiatives that support UK innovation.

This is a varied, outward-facing role combining relationship building, strategic planning and industry engagement, with the opportunity to make a real impact across the UK chip design ecosystem.

What’s involved?

• Building relationships with chip design companies, start-ups, universities and industry stakeholders
• Developing and executing a strategy to grow the semiconductor design community
• Creating networking events, collaborative projects and initiatives that deliver real value
• Identifying opportunities to support innovation and growth across the UK industry

Business Development Manager Requirements

• A technical degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Electronic Engineering
• Knowledge of semiconductor design, including SoC, FPGA and digital/analog design
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, strategic approach and an interest in start-ups and the wider tech ecosystem

Home-based, with regular travel in the UK.
