C++ Software Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a C++ Software Engineer to join an innovative technology company developing advanced radar and sensing systems, based in Milan.

As a C++ Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high-performance software that integrates closely with a variety of hardware systems. You will work within Linux-based and resource-constrained environments, contributing across the software lifecycle and collaborating closely with system engineers and cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid position, requiring you onsite 4 days a week.

Experience of the C++ Software Engineer includes:

• Strong proficiency in C++
• Developing software for embedded and resource-constrained systems
• Strong experience with Linux-based systems and development tools such as GCC, CMake and GDB
• Good knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming
• Experience with hardware communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, I2C, UART or CAN
