Compiler Engineer

I’m working with a major global R&D organisation that is expanding its AI Compiler team in Warsaw, hiring from Senior through to Principal level.

The team is working close to the hardware on compiler infrastructure for AI accelerators (GPU/NPU), rather than high-level AI application development.

They’re particularly interested in Compiler engineers with experience across:

• MLIR / LLVM
• Compiler passes & IR transformations
• Graph compilers
• GPU / NPU compiler stacks
• Code generation & compiler optimisation
• Strong C++

About the role 

• Location Warsaw – 100% onsite
•  Approx. 25,000–40,000+ PLN gross/month
•  Relocation support available
