Field Application Engineer/Manager – Analog & Power – Nordics

Exciting Field Application Engineer/Manager opportunity with a fabless semiconductor company who specialise within analog IC design, power management, and energy‑related integrated circuits.

The role starts as an individual contributor, with the expectation to build and lead a regional FAE team within 6–12 months.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with customer‑facing confidence — someone who can influence design choices, secure design‑wins, and represent the product line with authority.

Key duties:

• Build strong relationships with customer engineering teams
• Act as the primary technical interface for all design‑in activity
• Understand customer projects, requirements, and pain points
• Identify new sockets and opportunities for power/analog solutions
• Drive design‑ins and support customers through successful integration
• Feed customer insights back into product and roadmap discussions
• Support NPIs and communicate technical value to customers
• Maintain project tracking and opportunity visibility
• Create/update application diagrams and technical presentations
• Manage regional datasheet/documentation libraries

Key requirements:

• Strong technical grounding in power electronics, analog ICs, or system‑level design
• Experience in FAE, applications, or design engineering
• Confident communicator with customers and internal teams
• Proactive, opportunity‑driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally
