Job ID: 425233

Cambridge, Bristol or Kings Langley | Up to £125,000 + Bonus

I’m partnering with a respected GPU hardware team in Cambridge working on next-generation graphics IP used in leading semiconductor products.

They’re looking for a Principal Verification Engineer to take ownership of verifying GPU components and subsystems, while helping shape verification strategy across the team. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys digging into complex hardware problems and working closely with architecture and design.

The work involves:

Leading verification of GPU components and subsystems

Developing SystemVerilog / UVM testbenches

Defining verification plans and coverage strategy

Writing tests, sequences, assertions and functional coverage

Debugging complex RTL issues with design engineers

Contributing to methodology and mentoring others

They’re hoping to find someone with:

Strong experience verifying complex RTL / ASIC / SoC designs

Deep SystemVerilog and UVM experience

Background building constrained-random environments

Solid debugging and root-cause skills

Familiarity with ASIC verification flows and closure

It’s a small, highly technical team, working closely with architecture and design, with real scope to influence how GPU verification is done.

If you’re a Senior or Principal Verification Engineer interested in GPU hardware and based near Cambridge or Bristol (or open to relocating), feel free to contact me.
