Location: Netherlands

Hardware Manager required for an engineering company developing advanced electronic systems for demanding industrial and high-reliability applications. This Hardware Manager role will lead a team of electronics engineers responsible for the design and delivery of complex hardware platforms. The Hardware Manager will play a key role in both technical leadership and team development whilst remaining involved in the engineering process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Hardware Engineers across multiple projects
• Define hardware architecture and technical direction for new product development
• Oversee analogue, digital, mixed-signal, and embedded hardware design activities
• Support engineers through design reviews, technical problem solving, and project delivery
• Work closely with software, systems, mechanical, and project management teams
• Drive engineering best practice across development, verification, and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong background in electronic hardware development
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical project groups
• Knowledge of analogue, digital, and embedded system design
• Experience delivering products from concept through to production
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
