PIC Test Engineer

The company develops advanced photonic integrated circuit (PIC) technologies for high-speed communications and emerging applications, and is seeking a High-Speed PIC Test Engineer to characterise, validate, and optimise device performance. The role involves close collaboration with design and process teams to improve yield, reliability, and overall device performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-speed electro-optical testing at wafer and package level
• Analyse device performance and support debugging/failure analysis
• Develop automated test setups and measurement routines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve device performance and yield

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or related field
• Experience with high-speed PIC or optoelectronic device testing
• Strong knowledge of RF/optical measurement techniques
• Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., OSA, high-speed scopes, probe stations)
• Programming skills (Python, LabVIEW, or similar)
