My client is look for a Process Integration Engineer to join their team
Define and optimise end-to-end photonic semiconductor process flows, working from concept through pilot-line validation and transfer to manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Define and integrate complete semiconductor process flows on a pilot line
- Identify and resolve process interaction and integration challenges
- Drive DOE, split lots, and data analysis to optimise performance and yield
- Collaborate with device, process module, and manufacturing teams
- Support transfer of integrated processes from pilot line to volume manufacturing
Required experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Experience in semiconductor/photonic process integration, technology development, or pilot-line operations
- Strong understanding of semiconductor/photonic devices and process interactions
- Experience with yield learning, failure analysis, and process optimisation
- Familiarity with advanced integration technologies (e.g. CMOS, photonics, heterogeneous integration)
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional working skills
If you have the required experience in photonic and semiconductor process integration, please get in touch with Phil Wright.
