We’re looking for a driven Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Theale. This is a permanent role, focused on placing contractors into some of the most innovative deep tech companies worldwide – from start-ups to global industry leaders.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and nurturing a network of contract professionals across deep tech.
• Managing the full 360 contract recruitment cycle in a fast-moving, technical market.
• Developing client relationships and uncovering new contract opportunities.
• Becoming a trusted partner to hiring managers, delivering speed, quality and compliance.
