I am recruiting for an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join my client’s growing team in Greece. They are developing advanced RF and antenna technologies that power next-generation wireless and IoT devices. This is a chance to play a key role in shaping their future RF products while working alongside a small, highly skilled group of engineers.

As an RF IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and verifying RF front-end circuits such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, PLLs and filters for sub-6GHz wireless and IoT applications
  • Running simulations, layout and parasitic extraction using industry-standard EDA tools
  • Collaborating with antenna, mixed signal and digital design teams to optimise system performance
  • Characterising prototypes, debugging silicon and supporting test development
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and helping improve design flows

To be considered for this RF IC Design Engineer role, you will need:

  • A degree in electrical or electronic engineering, ideally with a Masterss or PhD in RF or analog design
  • At least 5 years of experience in RF IC design, ideally for low power or IoT products
  • Strong knowledge of CMOS or SiGe processes and hands-on lab measurement experience
  • Familiarity with Cadence, ADS or similar design and simulation tools

This is a great opportunity to join my client at an exciting stage of growth and work on technically challenging RF ICs with real impact.
