RF IC Design Engineer – Contract (Hampshire | 9 Months | Inside IR35 | Onsite)

IC Resources is working with a leading semiconductor client in Hampshire seeking an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to support the development of advanced RF blocks in CMOS technologies.

This is a hands-on contract role focused on the design, simulation, and verification of RF circuits including LO buffers and RF test structures within advanced 40nm and smaller process nodes.

You’ll be working closely with wider IC design teams to deliver high-performance RF building blocks using established Cadence design flows.

Key technical requirements:

• 5+ years of RF IC design experience
• Proven experience designing LO buffers and RF test circuits/structures
• Strong understanding of RF circuit simulation and verification methodologies
• Proficiency with Cadence tools, including Virtuoso and Spectre
• Experience working in 40nm CMOS or smaller geometry nodes
