Ready to shape the commercial strategy of a market-leading semiconductor test business?

My client is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to drive growth across Europe, leading sales, marketing and business development whilst remaining hands-on with strategic customers.

You’ll define the commercial roadmap, build pricing and go-to-market strategies, grow key semiconductor accounts and lead a high-performing commercial team. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll influence product strategy and help shape the future direction of the business.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Relevant technical degree, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in semiconductor test, ATE or handling systems
• A strong network within the semiconductor industry
• Commercial leadership experience with a strategic, hands-on approach
• A passion for building customer relationships and winning new business
