A rapidly growing international technical services business is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across life sciences and industrial manufacturing in Ireland and Europe.
This is a senior, client-facing role focused on new business development, account expansion, and strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing organisations.

Key responsibilities
- Generate and grow new business across life sciences and industrial manufacturing
- Develop and expand relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing clients
- Identify new opportunities through market intelligence, client engagement, and pipeline development
- Manage and grow strategic accounts, driving repeat and expanded business
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses
- Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting
- Represent the business with senior stakeholders across Ireland and Europe
What my client is looking for
- 5–8+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, or industrial manufacturing
- Proven success winning and growing accounts in regulated or technical environments
- Confident communicator with senior, multinational stakeholders
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Comfortable working remotely and travelling across Europe
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
- Right to work and freedom of movement within Europe
