Their technology combines novel computing architectures with advanced AI research to help solve some of the biggest challenges facing large-scale AI today.

This is an exciting opportunity for an LLM Algorithm Developer looking to shape the future of AI compute.

What they’re looking for:

• Deep LLM knowledge – transformers, attention, training and inference optimisation
• Algorithm development – experience building or improving core LLM components
• Research background – MSc or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
• Performance modelling – evaluating scalability and efficiency of AI architectures
• Hardware-software co-design – translating AI requirements into hardware decisions
• Advanced architectures – exposure to Mamba, diffusion models, reasoning models, or similar
• Strong tooling – PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, llama.cpp, or related frameworks
• Research impact – publications, patents, talks, or open-source contributions
• Fluent in English (working language)
