Senior Project Manager | Freelance

Spain, Luxembourg or Germany | Contract

IC Resources is working with an engineering organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex hardware development projects on a contract basis.

This role will involve managing project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Oversee project milestones from development through to testing and delivery.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, suppliers and project reporting.

• Ensure delivery against technical, commercial and quality requirements.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience managing technical hardware or engineering projects.

• Experience within aerospace, space or other complex engineering environments.

• Understanding of hardware development lifecycles.

• Experience managing project risks, schedules and external suppliers.

• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
