Technical Team Lead – RF IC mmWave

I am recruiting for a Technical Team Lead role with my client, a growing semiconductor company specialising in RFIC and mmWave technology. The position is based in Athens, Greece.

The Technical Team Lead will provide technical direction to an experienced engineering team of around 10 to 15 engineers, working closely with the founders on technical strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of the RFIC engineering team
• Oversee technical quality and project delivery
• Review and challenge technical decisions
• Support engineers with complex technical issues
• Improve engineering processes and standards
• Mentor engineers and support team development
• Help with recruitment and future team growth
• Contribute to key RFIC and mmWave design discussions

Requirements

• Strong commercial RFIC design experience
• Solid RF and analog IC knowledge
• Previous engineering leadership experience
• Experience managing or mentoring technical teams
• Strong technical judgement and communication skills
• mmWave experience is highly desirable
