USA Recruitment Consultant – Deep Tech

Our US division is expanding! We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on deep tech roles in North America.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing market and play a key part in our international strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing a strong client base across semiconductors, software, AI, quantum and photonics in the US.

• Building a network of specialist candidates across the States.

• Running the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent or contract hires.

• Helping grow IC Resources’ brand presence in North America.

What we’re looking for

• Recruitment or sales experience (ideally in technology).

• Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously.

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

• Interest in working across cutting-edge deep tech industries.
