Leroy Clarke

Leroy joined IC Resources in 2026 as Principal Consultant within our Software team, bringing almost a decade of recruitment experience with him.

He began his recruitment career in 2017, and quickly progressed through various organisations, until most recently founding and running his own business for more than five years.

Outside of work, Leroy spends as much time as possible with his daughter and is a big sports fan. Football, golf, padel and snooker are all on the list, but pool is where things get a little more serious — Leroy has represented both his county and England at 8-ball pool.

With a competitive streak and plenty of recruitment experience Leroy is also a very handy person to have on a pub pool team!
