Paula Kastrouni

Paula joined IC Resources in late 2021, bringing with her over 8 years of experience in sales. Her strong background in customer service and account management gives her a valuable perspective when working with both clients and candidates.

She now specialises in Sales and Marketing recruitment within the USA and Europe, with an emphasis on IP and EDA. She has recently relocated to our Austin, Texas office to support continued growth in the region.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys going to the gym and socialising. A keen traveller, she is half Greek and once spent three months exploring South East Asia.
