Rylan Coleman

Rylan joined IC Resources as associate recruitment consultant in 2026 to support the USA team as they continue to grow their presence.

He graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Mass Communications in August 2025 and brings experience across AI sales, client solutions, operations and coordination support. This mix of commercial, client-facing and organisational experience gives him a strong foundation for building relationships and supporting our candidates and clients within specialist recruitment.

Outside of work, Rylan enjoys fishing, football, gaming and watching a good series — with The Sopranos and Game of Thrones among his favourites. He is a big Chelsea FC fan, follows Barcelona and enjoys scuba diving when he gets the chance.

One of his favourite trips was a cruise around the UK, which included a stop in Dublin for an original pint of Guinness — still his favourite pint.
