Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Lead

I am recruiting for a Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Technical Lead on behalf of my client, a fast-growing high-technology company in North Holland, Netherlands.

This Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Technical Lead will take ownership of IC development for next-generation sensor systems. The Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Technical Lead will sit close to the leadership team and act as the key technical authority for IC development while remaining hands on where required.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead IC development for sensor products from concept to production
• Define and review analog, mixed-signal, and digital IC specifications
• Make architectural and process node recommendations with internal and external teams
• Oversee external ASIC design partners and foundry interactions
•  Support system-level integration
•  Provide hands-on analog and mixed-signal circuit design and review using Cadence tools
• Identify risks and drive technical decisions across the product lifecycle
• Contribute to long term IC strategy and future team development

Requirements:

• 5 to 10+ years in analog and mixed signal IC design with multiple tape-outs
• Strong transistor-level analog design experience, including low noise and low power
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre and standard IC design flows
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and system-level trade-offs
• Experience working with external design houses and foundries
• Good communication skills and collaborative approach in multidisciplinary teams
• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar

This Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Technical Lead is a hands on technical leadership role with clear scope to grow into a formal team lead position as the organisation scales.
