We are currently hiring for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Software division and work alongside experienced Consultants to fill exciting software vacancies.

All Trainee Recruitment Consultants would receive coaching and support from their line manager.

We have our own training professional onsite to help you learn all the skills you’ll need to excel in your new role. There is a structured induction program in place to help you succeed. You would be placed within a thriving team environment, with existing business in place.

Responsibilities of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include but won’t be limited to:

• Warm outbound calls to candidates from both our database
• Sending messages to candidates on LinkedIn
• Writing job adverts
• Receiving and reviewing applications
• Organising interviews with both the candidate and the client
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, or business leads generated.

The ideal candidate for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant would be:

• Confident to pick up the phone and speak to candidates
• Organised and good at time management
• Motivated by a goal-orientated approach to work
• Efficient and reliable in completing the tasks set for you on the ones set for yourself

Don’t worry if you can’t tick all the boxes now, you will be trained and in time will pick up the habits that will help you to be successful.

We are offering a base salary of £20k-£22.5k and market-leading commission scheme which should see the OTE for your first year between £35k-£45k.
