Senior ML Ops Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing audio AI product company building cutting-edge machine learning technology that enhances how people experience sound across digital platforms. Their flagship products use ML and signal processing to deliver real-time audio quality improvements at scale — deployed across cloud, edge and embedded environments.

The role

A high-impact MLOps role owning end-to-end ML pipelines — from data through training, evaluation and deployment. You’ll work closely with audio ML researchers and DSP engineers to move models into production, implement monitoring, build CI/CD pipelines and ensure reproducibility across the full model lifecycle. There is also a mentoring element, helping establish engineering standards across a small ML team.

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience building and operating production ML systems
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• MLOps, CI/CD and model lifecycle management
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containers / Kubernetes
• Experience with low-latency or real-time systems; familiarity with audio or speech processing a plus
• Mentoring or technical leadership experience desirable
