Charles Duran

Charlie joined IC Resources in early 2026 as a junior consultant. Charles focuses on supporting our clients and candidates within the AI and Machine Learning areas, helping to build strong relationships and deliver the right recruitment solutions.

Before joining IC Resources, Charlie completed a business diploma and gained experience in a range of sales and customer service roles, including strategic accounts development and pre-sales manager.

Outside of work, Charlie is a big football fan and enjoys spending time with his dog. He also loves travelling and has backpacked across South America, which gave him the chance to experience many different cultures and adventures along the way.
