Field Application Manager - Automotive Semiconductors (Munich/Home office)

A world leading manufacturer of semiconductors is seeking to hire a Field Applications Manager to drive and lead an established team of Automotive Field Applications Engineers.

The Automotive Field Applications Manager will work very closely with the Sales & Marketing teams driving a design-in win approach.  

You have a sound engineering background in semiconductors with a proven track record of leading Senior Automotive technical teams.

Requirements

• Superb leadership skills (mentoring and coaching)
• Degree in electronic engineering or similar
• Experience in Analog, Mixed Signal and Power IC
• Knowledge of Power Supply, Power Discrete or Motor drives a big plus
• Work experience within the automotive Semiconductors market
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills in German and English - Additional French skills are a strong plus
• Sense of urgency and degree of initiative 

This position can be based in Munich or home office in Germany.
