Referral programme
We place a high value on the referrals and recommendations we receive from our candidates and clients for one simple reason – good people always seem to know good people. We generally receive these referrals because the people who make them are happy with our service. However, we recognise that they have an important commercial value to us, even though they may be made for entirely altruistic reasons. Therefore, if a candidate or client introduces us to someone we succeed in placing, that person receives a thank you payment of £1,000 or the Euro / USD equivalent, in addition to our eternal gratitude (which is, of course, beyond value).
We also earmark funds for UKESF.org, which support undergraduate students studying for electronics-related degrees, and encourages secondary students to study electronics, embedded systems or semiconductors at university.

Payments are made after our client’s rebate period has elapsed. The person referred must not already be in contact with us or on our database. The payment may change for contract placements or in exceptional circumstances. An introduction must be made for the referral programme to apply.
