PIC Process Integration Engineer

The team is looking for a talented Process Integration Engineer to join its Paris team, working at the interface of III-V semiconductors, silicon photonics and heterogeneous integration.

The role will focus on developing and integrating novel semiconductor processes, spanning process flows, device fabrication, heterogeneous integration and technology development, helping to take next-generation photonic technologies from concept through to working devices.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering or a related field
• Experience in semiconductor process integration and device fabrication
• Knowledge of III-V and/or silicon semiconductor technologies
• Understanding of heterogeneous integration, wafer bonding or hybrid integration
• Familiarity with cleanroom processing and process development
• Industry experience is preferred, particularly within photonics or semiconductor technology
