PIC Process Engineer

My client is seeking a PIC Process Engineer to join their team  in Italy and have the mission to develop, optimise, and transfer photonic fabrication processes from R&D to production.

Skill set requirements:

• Strong background in semiconductor or photonic fabrication processes
• Experience with cleanroom processing (lithography, etching, deposition, CMP)
• Knowledge of silicon photonics or other photonic platforms
• Process integration, yield improvement, and process characterisation
• Familiarity with process control, DOE, and failure analysis
• Ability to work with foundries and cross-functional teams
