I am recruiting for an Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer with my client, an innovative semiconductor company developing safety critical ASICs. This Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer role offers the opportunity to work on advanced analog and mixed signal IC design while supporting functional safety throughout the development process. The position is based in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Design analog and mixed signal ASICs for safety critical applications
  • Integrate functional safety requirements into IC designs
  • Support safety concepts in line with IEC 61508 and ISO 26262
  • Contribute to FMEDA and FMEA activities
  • Review designs, verification and validation from a functional safety perspective
  • Produce technical documentation and support customer reviews

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Microelectronics
  • 5+ years of analog and mixed signal IC design or ASIC experience
  • Knowledge of IEC 61508 and or ISO 26262
  • Experience with analog IC design flows and EDA tools
  • Familiarity with FMEDA and FMEA
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
