Analog RF IC Layout Engineer

I am recruiting for an Analog and RF IC Layout Engineer to join my client’s growing design team working on cutting edge RF technology.

My client develops advanced RFICs with applications across 5G and high frequency wireless communication. The team is currently developing its next generation of transceivers.

As an Analog and RF IC Layout Engineer, you will support the layout of key blocks such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, PLLs, LO circuits, and data converters. You will work closely with experienced designers across RF, analog, and mixed signal domains, delivering layout from floorplanning to signoff.

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of custom IC layout experience in CMOS or BiCMOS
• Strong skills in DRC, LVS, parasitic extraction and layout verification (Cadence, Calibre etc.)
• Familiarity with RF and mixed signal layout constraints including matching, shielding, and routing
• Experience with advanced nodes, ideally 22nm or similar
• Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail

The Analog and RF IC Layout Engineer will be based in either Gothenburg or Kista, depending on preference.
