EU Sales Manager – Netherlands | RF test & measurement solutions

Looking for a technical sales role where you can do more than just sell equipment?

My client develops advanced RF test and measurement solutions, helping customers integrate cutting-edge technology into their own products and systems. With ambitious European growth plans, they’re looking for an EU Sales Manager who can identify new applications, develop customer relationships and turn technical challenges into commercial opportunities.

EU Sales Manager role:

• Develop new business across the Netherlands and mainland Europe
• Build relationships with customers and distribution partners
• Identify new applications across industries including medical, materials testing, agriculture and defence
• Understand customer requirements, define specifications and develop bespoke solutions
• Drive sales of integrated RF test systems, moving beyond standalone products

Requirements:

• An RF-focused background, ideally in VNAs, test and measurement or RF systems
• Experience in technical sales, business development or applications engineering
• A proactive, curious approach to uncovering new markets and opportunities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote role
• Fluent English; German would be a bonus

Applications Engineers / FAEs with strong technical knowledge and an interest in moving into sales are also encouraged to apply.
