III-V Laser Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented III-V Laser Design Engineer to join a growing photonics team focused on the development of advanced Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) technologies. Working across device design, characterisation and development, you will contribute to the advancement of next-generation integrated photonic solutions within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in III-V and silicon photonic devices
• Strong understanding of semiconductor laser design and operation
• Knowledge of PIC design, integration and characterisation
• Experience with optical and electro-optical testing techniques
• Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes
• Degree in Photonics, Physics, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
