Key Account Manager – Electromechanical Components

An established and fast-growing distributor of electromechanical solutions is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to strengthen its presence in Hungary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong product portfolio spanning connectors, cable assemblies, crimp and terminal technologies, and associated production tools.

This role is focused on solution-led technical sales, working closely with customers to understand application requirements and deliver tailored interconnect solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and needs analysis through to quotation, negotiation, and ongoing project support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key customer relationships across manufacturing, engineering, and system integration sectors
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable interconnect and cable assembly solutions
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to deliver optimal customer outcomes
• Drive new business development while growing existing accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or field sales within electronics or electromechanical solutions
• Strong understanding of connectors, interconnects, crimping technologies, or cable assemblies is highly desirable
• Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel across Hungary to meet customers
