Program Manager – Contracts & EU Chips Act

Working for a global semiconductor company who is highly focussed on hardware and software for their customers; I have a fascinating opportunity as Program Manager.

Within the role you will be responsible for all contractual, commercial and relationship management with suppliers, government bodies, and international organisations – all for the development of European contracts and services in the semiconductor industry.

A major part of your role will be engaging with the EU Chips Act.

Job Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (e.g. silicon design, electronics manufacturing, or related discipline).
•    Experience across multiple stages of government contract negotiation and management.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex contractual and regulatory documentation.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•    Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
•    Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or related technical industries.
•    Knowledge of EU government funding programmes (e.g. EU Chips Act).
•    Additional language skills such as German or French preferred.
