Our client is supporting major semiconductor fabrication facilities across Germany and is looking for engineers with strong hands-on fab experience to support complex operational and process-driven projects. This role is best suited to someone who understands the realities of semiconductor manufacturing environments and is comfortable operating close to production, equipment and engineering teams.
When managing a project the position will be fully onsite which could be anywhere in the EU. This Project Manager position requires candidates who are confident working within high-volume semiconductor fabrication environments as well as candidates who are comfortable with frequent travel.
As the Project Manager, you’ll support semiconductor manufacturing operations across process optimisation, equipment performance, troubleshooting and operational improvement activities. The work will involve close collaboration with fab engineering, maintenance, production and project teams to ensure equipment reliability, process stability and manufacturing efficiency.
This is not a purely administrative or coordination-focused position. The client is specifically looking for people with practical semiconductor fabrication experience who understand fab operations, manufacturing pressures and the interaction between process, equipment and production output.
You’ll work directly within advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments supporting highly technical operational challenges. The role offers strong exposure to large-scale fab operations, complex engineering environments and long-term semiconductor manufacturing projects within a growing international team.
