Semiconductor Manufacturing Sustaining Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OSAT forecasts, WIP movement, raw material inventory and production schedules
• Drive production pull-ins and recovery actions when required
• Work directly with OSAT sites to manage production ramps, delivery issues, quality audits and performance reviews
• Coordinate engineering WIP and downstream packaging/test activities with technology and yield teams
• Track and report OSAT cycle time, delivery and performance
• Support Foundry RMA activities and New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes

Essential Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, supply chain or business preferred
• 5+ years’ semiconductor manufacturing/planning experience, with strong knowledge of semiconductor planning processes
• Strong analytical and data-management skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and supplier relationships
• Strong supplier management skills, including engaging senior/executive stakeholders

Desirable / Technical Skills

• Semiconductor IC packaging and assembly expertise
• Experience with WLCSP/bumping technologies
• Knowledge of packaging industry trends and customer requirements
