Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer

I am recruiting for a Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer to join my client’s team at a European research and development centre focused on advanced communication and sensing technologies. The Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer will contribute to the design and development of high-performance ICs used in next-gen systems. 

The Senior Analog RFIC Design Engineer will support the full design cycle from concept through to validation, working closely with system and layout teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and simulate high-performance analog and RF integrated circuits for advanced modules
• Translate system requirements into circuit-level specifications with cross functional teams
• Support layout definition and review to ensure performance and robustness
• Carry out verification, optimisation and lab correlation activities
• Contribute to feasibility studies and technical decision making
• Share technical knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Electronics or a related field
• 10+ years experience in analog or RF IC design with complex IC development
• Strong experience with Cadence tools and full custom design flow
• Knowledge of CMOS or SiGe technologies
• Proven experience delivering designs to silicon and production
• Comfortable working in international teams with good communication skills
• Fluent English and willingness to travel when required
