Ella Flynn

Ella joined IC Resources in 2025 to work in the Electronics team with a focus on the Optical market. She graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in History in 2025.

Outside of work, Ella loves staying active with bouldering, hiking, and spin classes, and enjoys cooking and shopping in her spare time.

She’s also a dog lover and spends plenty of time with her Cocker Spaniel, Mika. A creative at heart, Ella plays piano to Grade 8 level and even used to be in a band whose music was produced by a member of The Sundays. She’s also scuba qualified and has travelled across both coasts of the US.
