Teddy Jones

Teddy joined IC Resources in 2026 to work as Delivery Consultant in the hardware team, where he helps to identify and connect talented candidates with opportunities across the technology sector.

Outside of work, Teddy enjoys trampolining (at a national level) and badminton. He spent a year travelling around the world while at primary school and competed in several other sports while growing up. He also once spent a week at a Japanese school without speaking Japanese, which is probably good preparation for recruitment: thinking on your feet, staying calm and working things out quickly.
