Tom Chapman

With nearly two decades in the recruitment industry, Tom has built a career developing high-performing teams and driving growth. He joined IC Resources in 2025 to lead our growth across the USA and build a team to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients. As Executive VP in his previous role, he led teams across Austin, Dallas, San Diego, Germany and the UK, fostering a culture of success through authentic leadership, transparency and consistency.

Tom believes that great leadership is about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work. Throughout his career, he has built teams from the ground up, helping entry-level consultants develop into skilled professionals. His leadership approach is practical and adaptable, focusing on honesty, clear communication and accountability — values that drive meaningful results.

Outside of work, Tom is a lifelong Arsenal supporter, a Formula 1 fan and most importantly, a dad to three daughters who keep him busy and grounded. Being present for both his family and his team is what drives him every day.
