Caroline Pye

After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Geography at Southampton University, Caroline joined IC Resources in 2006 and has since specialised in recruitment for the Digital ASIC market across the UK and Europe, focussing on RTL Design, Verification and Physical Design Engineering positions. She has built up an excellent network and understanding of the industry and loves working with engineers and clients within leading global Semiconductor organisations as well as up-and-coming start-ups.

Today, Caroline looks after our Analog / Mixed Signal and RFIC Design recruitment across the UK and Europe.

In her spare time Caroline loves a woodland walk with a nice coffee in hand, taking trips with her son and daughter and trying to master home décor and DIY.
