Hannah Lyttle

Hannah joined IC Resources in mid 2025 to focus on Sales & Marketing recruitment, specialising in Software markets across HPC and Quantum. She works with our clients and candidates across Europe, helping to build strong commercial teams across our deep-tech sectors.

Hannah began her career at Westcoast before moving to Cisco, where she gained valuable experience in customer and partner support. This foundation, combined with her knowledge of the tech industry, enables her to understand the challenges faced by both candidates and clients and to provide thoughtful, effective recruitment solutions.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys live music, travelling and planning her next adventure. At home, she shares life with her cat Asti (named after her favourite drink…) and is aiming to get back into sport soon.
