Victoria Fellows

Vicky joined IC Resources in June 2015 to look after marketing and brand activity across the company. Ultimately, her job is to make it easy for our consultants to build lasting relationships with our candidates and clients, ensuring they can use marketing to improve their hiring processes, rethink their recruitment strategies and rewrite their job descriptions. She manages a team of agencies across, digital, content, SEO, events and sponsorships, brand and print.

She started her career as a visual merchandiser for a nationwide retailer and after 3 years of study with the CIM went on to work for advertising agencies Saatchi & Saatchi, Euro RSCG and M&C Saatchi, for well-known consumer and business clients, on everything from TV to social media strategy.

In her spare time Vicky can be found spending time with her family and friends or walking her beloved rescue bulldogs. Or shopping, lots of (mostly window) shopping
